Refund policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Refund Method: The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Ann's Aura gift card.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for prepaid return shipping charges.
Processing Time: Ann's Aura typically processes returns within 5-7 business days after they receive your returned items.
